Raiding

Requirements

  • All guild recognized raids will be announced and scheduled by an officer or above on the calendar

  • Voice chat is mandatory during raids. You do not need a mic, but you must be able to hear

  • Invites will begin 15 min prior start time. If your invite times out, your spot will be offered to the next guild member on the list. Once all those signed up have been invited, you will get another invite if the raid group isn't full

  • All raid members need to be enchanted/gem before raid

  • All raid members need to have flasks, appropriate food buff, potions, reagents, bandages prior to raid start.

  • If you have trouble procuring the above, contact an officer and they will help you get what you are missing.

Raiding

During guild raids

  • ALL raids will use a points system.

  • DURING BOSS FIGHTS, instructions given by the Raid Leader are not to be questioned. They are to be followed and/or carried out immediately.

  • Only the Raid Leader (or person(s) promoted to assistant) will use voice. Unless directed otherwise, do not talk in voice as this may confuse others on instructions.

  • Suggestions for raid tactics and/or plans shall be communicated (through whisper) to your Raid leader.

  • If you go AFK, notify the Raid Leader immediately. Not doing so may result in removal/replacement in the raid at the discretion of the Raid Leader.

  • If you are absent for loot distribution, it is your loss. Complaining about it will reward you with removal from the raid.

  • If you disconnect, a maximum of 10 minutes will be allotted to reconnect. If you aren't back after 10 min you will be removed and another guild member will take your spot.
